If you're struggling to afford food, fuel, or essential items, OCTA is here to help. One Call That's All is a free, personalised support service that offers:
- Casework support over the phone
- Help applying for extra income you're entitled to
- Advice on managing energy and household costs
- Financial and material aid for fuel, food, or essentials
- Advocacy and referrals to other local or national services
Whether you're referring yourself or someone else, our aim is to:
- Relieve immediate pressure
- Help people take steps to improve their situation
- Build long-term financial stability
- Restore a sense of hope for the future

To receive support from the One Call That's All Scheme, the individual you are applying on behalf of must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a current Utilita customer
- Be located in England, Scotland or Wales
- Over 18 years old
- Have a gross annual household income of less than £31,000 (excluding disability benefits, housing costs and council tax reduction/support)
